These rigate penne are born from the combination of hemp flour and Sicilian grains. The irregularity of every single piece of dough and the scent of freshness and nature are tangible elements that enhance the particularity of this pasta.

Hemp flour gives the typical color tending to green and a light taste; it binds perfectly to any type of seasoning, is highly digestible and thanks to the totally artisanal type of processing it does not shake and will look like the one.

Handcrafted and packaged entirely by hand.

Dried at low temperatures for over 24 hours.

Lower concentration of gluten, which makes it lighter and more digestible.

Made in collaboration with the Pastificio Viva di Modica.
