FRESELLE WITH HEMP - 150 G

The freselle are part of the Apulian tradition, they are wheels of stale bread and here they are revisited with the addition of hemp flour (20% min), which give them an even more pleasant flavor.

Ideal in the summer to replace bread, they are immersed in cold water, to soften their consistency, and then seasoned with small pieces of tomato, salt or capers, and extra virgin olive oil. Ideal for snacks or quick lunches, you will have to try them in this new guise: tradition and innovation meet and create a unique harmony of flavors.
